Flat Woven Slings
Synthetic web slings are made using either nylon or polyester flat webbing. Web slings are use for lifting highly-polished, fragile or delicate loads that have to be protected from damage. Web Sling Protection
Web slings can be damaged, abraded, punctured, or cut in use if not protected. Be sure to protect your slings against the following:
Load edges
Jagged materials
Abrasion surfaces
Burred hooks
There is no such thing as "cut proof" protection. Some materials are better for abrasion, and others are better against the effects of cutting. Select the protection material best suited for your application.
